Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) Richmond Hill
office is a not-for-profit community based organization. We are dedicated to
serving the housing needs of residents in Richmond Hill and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to revitalize communities through various loan programs and
financial educational services.
NHS assists first time homebuyers in every step of the homebuying process. We
provide first time homebuyers with quality pre-purchase counseling and assist
them in obtaining the best mortgage product that will meet their needs. We will
also be there for them after their closing to provide them with various post
purchase services.
